Description

Killian Reed's life as an unsuccessful private detective is thrown into turmoil when a strange client presents him with a lucrative new case. It seems simple: find their stolen cargo and Killian will make enough money to afford rent again. But his client isn't telling him everything, and uncovering this conspiracy may cost Killian more than what he bargained for. Especially when the city’s richest and most powerful are willing to go to extremes to uncover this secret first.....
A Case of Magpies is a queer detective story about making uncomfortable choices and finding a cause worth believing in. Features secret organizations, changelings, and plenty of blood magic.
