A Heart To Heal (Also known as AH2H), is a story that revolves around the lives of two pairs of homosexual couples in Japan. Let's meet our couples, shall we?

Kirishima Yuto is a 19 year old who suffers from extreme social anxiety as a result of abuse from his family. After a fight with his 35 year old delusional ex brother-in-law, Shinji Nagisa, he attempts suicide. Discovering Yuto's suicide letter by mistake, Nagisa vows to treat Yuto better. Unbeknownst to them, this sudden kindness began to inculcate a budding romance between them.

How will their relationship turn out? Will Nagisa be successful in helping Yuto overcome social anxiety? Why was Yuto even abused in the first place?
