I love the way this starts out! The storytelling is, of course, great (gradual reveals are always nice)--but I also love how the visuals you made do such a nice job at drawing the reader down in a natural, smooth way. I was particularly impressed by the scale, which *felt* heavy! I'm looking forward to seeing more :)
