The protagonist, a bloodsucker, has lost control of the territory due to the betrayal of her brother, who has killed and taken to his side the captains of our protagonist. On the day of the betrayal she had been left for dead and thrown into the field to let the sun's rays burn her body, to no avail. Now she lives in hiding in an apartment shared with a human, an old friend of hers, preparing to recover what has been stolen from her.
