Things kept going from bad to worse. He had to be transferred to a "special" class for his narcolepsy. He was starting to get horrible headaches and plagued by the same nightmare. He was even being stalked. But when a new transfer student arrives to his class, the two become quick friends when they find there's more about them that's the same. They need each other if they're going to survive in the dangers that are coming for both with each secret uncovered.

In the world of AnimAngels, humans live their everyday lives. In an island known as Nebulis Isles, their middle name is always a Japanese word that represents what they do or some passion of theirs. However unknown to all other humans are three other classes. G.M.E.A, or Genetic Mutation Experimental Association, is run by a scientist named Tanner Iden who kidnaps random people and uses them as experiments for a species he calls "Winged Ones" By combining the person's DNA with two animals and one bug, bird or fish, the person gains a power, is able to transform into their animal combo, and their lifespan raises from 91-100 to 900. The Original Ones (the first 10,000 experiments) broke free and created two groups. Star Order vowed to protect humans and stop Tanner. However, Black Hole wanted to take over the human population seeing how they were now stronger but also wanted to kill off Tanner.
In 2012, a sixteen year-old boy from Nebulis isles named Kyle 'Yami' Lieth, discovers just these three classes, along with the discovery his own father who disappeared when he was five was one of the Original Ones, and he too has his own animal combo form, along with the gift of flight using his newfound wings, and even has a power. His whole life changes from a totally insignificant person whose life is just one problem after the other to an incredible journey as he not only learns about his new ways of life, but of his father's secrets and meets all new friends. But trouble awaits each corner, as their true enemy, Tanner 'Iden' Kester, strikes again after a forty-year silence with a plan to restart his original plot of domination!
