The storm brewed outside when the two were born.

James couldn't make it in time to his child be born.

Lily cried out in pain as she pushed gripping onto the father of her child hand in a iron grip

"Almost there Miss Potter,"Encouraged the Med-Witch.

With a final strong push the was a feminine cry.

"Its a girl,"Hold up a bloody baby who cried for being out in the cold dry air.

She was small and pale was snow with hair dark as night.Even with mere-seconds of being out of the womb her eyes had opened.Revealing black eyes that seemed to stare into your soul.Taken by another who started to clean and dress her Lily Potter cried out once more.

"Another,"The Med-Witch exclaimed amazed.

The man besides her wasn't surprised wiping the damp red hair on her forehead away,"Push again Lily."

Pushing the last bit of strength she heard a cry and boys cry filled the room.

Though the second born he was larger then his elder sister.His skin had color matching his mother peach colored complexion.With black hair that matched the man that wasn't there.Hair sticking out at all ends.His eyes were shut tight as he cried out his sister joining once again.

Even though exhausted she reached out for her children,"Let me see them."

The pink and blue bundles were given to her with care.

Looking at them she chuckled lovingly as she placed a kiss on their foreheads,"Beautiful."

Though the two looked looked nothing alike there was one thing that matched.The smile they made when the two heard a voice so familiar.The older child looked up at the women above and laughed,eyes shining with such innocence and purity.The other snuggled into the warm body against him.

The man beside her was speech less for two reasons one.His beautiful children were being held by the one he loved deeply and two a choice with have to be made.One child had to be left with the other.

"Beautiful aren't they Severus."

Her nodded sadly looking at his child together for the first and final time,"Yes,they are."

"What shall be their names?"Asked the Med-Witch.

Lily looked and smiled at the blue bundle who was starting to opening his eyes revealing a startling green,"The boy will be Harry,"looking at the pink bundle her smile flattered,"and the girl Arminta."

Hearing the names us his children Severus tried to plead with her one final time,"Lily-'

"No,"she said looking into his eyes,"I'm not leaving James I love him."

During so the babies caught each others eyes for a second.Harry looked away and seemed to watch as the man and women above him spoke to one another.Arminta however found her self not able to look away from the younger sibling eyes they were such a starling green,though being minutes old somewhere in her knew she wouldn't be able to forget such a color with such life in them.

"Are you so willing to tear them apart Lily?"

"I'm not leaving James."Looking at the bundles in her arms.

He to looked at them and signed saddle,"Fine,but don't tear them apart they were just born."

Her eyes began to tear up,"No,you know I can't do that,"A tear fell mending its self into the pink cloth wrapped around Arminta,"James will know who the father is the moment he sees her.He'll leave me."

He clutched his fist on the white sheets until his knuckles turned red staring away from the women and children,"Are you that selfish?"

She didn't answer and just sniffed.Looking at her two children in her arms she began to hum a lullaby.The sound was so light the to bundles started to drift off to sleep the moment they heard the beautiful music.Pretty soon they were snoozing in her arms completely innocent to the world,unknown they'll never see each other for years to come.

"Arminta,"old the pink bundle out to Severus,"take her."

He looked at her with disbelief but took her any way.There was no talking her out of this now.She was so light to his surprise and he held her protectively to his chest in which she snuggled into.Without being told he took out his wand and with a few sharp swipes all memory that Lily Potter had two children was erased from the Med-Witches mind as well as the argument they saw them have.Arminta's birth certificate slipped into his robe pocket.

"There's no going back Lily,"as he turned to leave with the pink bundle in his arms,"you chose to tear them apart."

Lily held the baby in her arms close her her,"I know."

Severus left without another word disgusted and heart broken.
