Azarashi Taro, a cheerful but rather short tempered seal child. Under the request of Toyotama( otohime), the princess of the sea- he sets out on an adventure to investigate the world and ends up washed on shore where he meets Urashima Ryuunosuke, the son of a local fisherman.
A beginning of an interesting and eventful friendship.On his rocky and obstacle filled adventure,he meets companions from the land to the skies to the seas.
