Description
In the dawn of Feudal Japan, four powerful clans battled one another in a conflict known as the Great Clan War. Fought entirely through the use of hired Samurai and Shinobi, this everlasting struggle and the soldiers that fight it still exist in modern day Japan.
Ikkei Kagemori, baseball star and newest generation of a legendary Samurai clan, is the latest in the family to receive his father's blade and begin work as a Samurai for hire. His newest job? Protecting a young shinobi in training who also happens to be the youngest daughter of the Shimazu--the wealthiest of the four warring families.
The catch? She doesn't need protection!
