After a falling out with his siblings, Lunaris left their temporary shelter in order to find peace on his own.

As he travelled, he assisted canis that were either; needing help hunting prey or protecting them against rival canis. These Canis had followed Lunaris in his travel, mostly out of respect or gratitude.

After a lengthy walk, Lunaris made a temporary shelter of the outskirts of Veal, where he heard an all too similar howl. Solaris, his younger sister, had also abandoned their sibling to run after him and joined him.

Solaris had made a running joke about Lunaris having a little pack, where the Canis had begun calling him Alpha to play with the joke. As they entered Veal, Lunaris decided this would be his new home.

The Canis had stayed with him in his new territory, and helped him hunt and protect the new land. Those who entered were either taken into the pack or driven out.

As the Canis spoke among each other and the group grew; questions were thrown around, one of them about the name of the pack. One of the Canis had responded ‘Cosmic’ because of Lunaris’ galaxy-like coat. It took them a while to get Lunaris to agree to lead their little group and make it a tribe but he eventually did
