They are Superhero's with many special abilities. They accidentally got a immense amount of chlorine into their body and system, it caused superhuman abilities. Which include: Invisibility, Glow in Dark, and Perfect Vision even in darkness. Maverick (Chlorine) was underwater longer than Jay (Electaflame) so Maverick had an extra power: Super intelligence!
But, Jay got stung by a bee, and that bee was experimented on by Killerstreak; the villain, and got electrical forces and Chlorine; the chemical in it. So, when that bee stung Jay, he got the electric power the bee had! So, in conclusion, Chlorine and Electaflame has the same powers except for their one special power. But, they still work together to stop Killerstreak, there one rival...
