My taste for romance is wayward.

It does not anticipate with a kiss, or a woman in a man's arms.

It progresses with a shrewd and intoxicating exchange of words, a mesmerizing web of poetry, lingers there and forgets itself.

Sometimes I miss it, when intimacy is no less than a handshake, but a playful and mischievous game.
