Dead Last explores the unforeseen consequences of genetic manipulation when an experiment turns a group of super-soldiers into mutated defectors. Many become genius and deranged convicts-turned sociopaths. Enter an innocent young group of friends trying to have a fun weekend adventure by signing up for a 5K zombie-themed fun run, and this could be one "killer" race indeed. Could this be a secret military recruitment program? Or is this just some sick joke that gives maniacs a chance to have some fun?
