This short was inspired by a post I saw that read, "enemies to lovers 'sorry i didn't have anywhere else to go' really just stabs you in the heart", so I created this short.
As I was recreating this post, the story behind this short started to become something of it's own.
In it's most basic explanation:
Agnes (Raccoon Mask) works as a rescue and rebel towards the government, and Elijah (Beanie) used to be "working" under the government. Agnes saved Eli once before, but it was all a set up because the government wanted Agnes all along, so the two became enemies. When Eli couldn't keep up with what the gov wanted, he started falling apart and then runs away in hopes to make amends with the rebel group to stop the gov from doing the bad things they planned to do.
The world is set in a sort of run down cyberpunk world, and it makes me really, really wish I had the cyberpunk game YwY.
