This tale chronicles the adventures of Tierdred, the black knight who swore an oath to destroy the Book of the Dead, the unholy artifact responsible for the calamity humankind now faces. His sword knowing no rest and dauntless chivalry unhindered, Tierdred will cut through the torment and despair standing in his way, for death is the only salvation for the wicked, and the only cure for unholiness
