For the upcoming novel, Animals' Lottery, that will be write for NaNoWriMo 2018, the Dream Book is a collection of "What does it mean to dream about that animal?", where we follow the animals from "Jogo do Bicho" (Animal Play), a small lottery created in the past on a small Zoo on Brazil and now its a illegal, but it still secretly played, lottery.
As people played this lottery (there are 25 animals you can choose, each one have 4 numbers from 1 to 100) people say if you dreamed with that animals, the number sorted for that day will be the same for that animal.
