Description
Mankind has been put back onto the food chain, society has disbanded, and Mara has decided that now would be a good time to go home. With her new unusual companion Poe, they begin the journey across the now desolate Canadian landscape and must face trials of travel, survival and the most difficult obstacle of all, other people. Mara will have to learn to find the balance between compassion and apathy, between her survival and the vast loneliness that threatens to overwhelm her.
