Across in a small town in Britain, lives a neighborhood with the alias, The Angelic Ones. This consists of very narrowminded families who strive to change their town 'for the better'. Three boys, Taron, Michael and Kevin are the sons to three of the most powerful men in the whole neighborhood. After a old member joins their group they find out what exactly 'for the better' means..
