After witnessing the brutal death of his mother, Vincent Marino makes it his life’s goal to avenge her. He heads an underground militia to hunt and kill every last human-animal hybrid he suspects of the crime.
These hybrids; Cephoids, live subjugated lives at the hands of their human rulers, or as outcasts beyond the city walls.
Vince crosses paths with one such outcast – Dallas, an enigmatic Cephoid bounty hunter who might just have the answers he's looking for – but he won’t give them up so easily.
That’s ok, Vincent has time to kill, and he seems like a fun way to waste it.
