Causality 1-52: October 29th, 1929: A young upstart lawyer called Prefect, attempts to resurrect his failing career as an attorney in New York State by taking on an alleged crime lord. Tom Clive, a suspected mob boss, is the prime suspect in the butchering of a young waitress killed to appease a dark overlord, in a diner situated in downtown Manhattan.
