Darkness looms ever-nearer, the fate of the kingdom resting upon the shoulders of a humble citizen-- Wait, wait. No, Stop, I did not agree to that.
Ehem. Tis I, a humble Magis working as a scribe in a peaceful village. Well, until I got lost in the forest. Anyway, long story short: I'm doing a part-time job for a fairy queen that definitely won't spiral wildly out of control, uncover a conspiracy or two, be way more trouble than it's worth, or involve any fighting and/or defeating of a demon lord. The shady merchants are bad enough as is.
However, it will involve an adorable companion. So at least there's that. Shouldn't take more than a couple weeks, right? Right??? Why are you looking at me like that? What do you know that I don't? Is Fate calling? Tell Fate I'm not interested in extending my warranty.
