Even though the media says that they are "co-existing" and harmless towards people, Elliot and especially his roommate Gale, think otherwise.
While Elliot does keep to himself mostly, he can't push down the everlasting curiosity he has for the mysterious creatures and their odd habits. One night he catches the eyes of a local Vampire gang. And just when he thinks that his short meaningless life is finally done for, a mysterious man is there to his rescue.
Leo decides it's time to show Elliot that not all vampires are as menacing as they seem and that there are deeper politics running throughout the vampire culture than what the media portrays.
