Heaven is defeated. Monsters from Hell run the earth. Humanity is fading fast.

Thea is one of a group of human survivors. She has been hiding out in the wastelands between the regions where the monsters from Hell rule over captured humans. Living in fear among the ruins of a world that used to be, there is nothing she hates more than the four evil rulers of this land.
Then one day she rescues a girl who claims to know how to turn the ruler of one region, Marcus, against the one who terrorizes the group every day. All Thea needs to do is get close to him and convince him one way or another to attack the others in pursuit of power.
Marcus is power hungry and deadly, yet Thea can’t help seeing more to him the closer she gets. Torn between her loyalty to her people and land and her newfound feelings and doubts, Thea must decide who to trust. What will she be willing to risk to get the old world back or to build a new one?
