Description
Who am I? Melisa Alway Diaz, I'm fourteen years old and I live in the year two thousand one hundred two, Earth calendar, my planet of residence. I'm not a superhuman, or at least I didn't use to be.
I guess you want to know about my problem, so I'll explain: Currently, there's a silent war between the universal government and a group of rebels, since the former aren't happy at all with the way the political leaders are doing their jobs. This means that the citizenship is flooded with tension due to the attacks and disasters caused by the rebels. The economy is plummeting because the opposition is somehow sealing the portals used for import and export between planets. As fear is getting hold of civilians, social problems are on the rise.
Despite all of that, I've tried to keep to myself my own opinions about the fight.
So, what do I have to do with this? Nothing, actually, I'm an orphan with no power to make myself be heard by the world. Perhaps, I'd still be home, enjoying a normal life, if it wasn't for an unexpected accident, which took me to a foreigner world along a couple of friends. There, a sense of duty pushed me to spy on three strangers who were members of the opposition with supernatural abilities.
I was discovered... I just earned a death sentence from the rebels.
