Life can be so cruel sometimes .It cauld rip your heart up and stab you in the back agian and agian .It even could make you fell down and all you want to do is crying ,shut the door and hide ,but You do not have to be pessimistic .

When life made you fell down ,you're the only one who have the choice to give up or to get up.

It doesn't matter How much cruel it was, life must go on.

Giving up should never be an option .

The light will never be lost.There will be always light in some where. When the sun sets in place where it  shines else where.

Although life is so hard ,but you have to take it all .

people always asked us How were we? and we replied that we were okay. But the truth is quite different. We smiled while we were bleeding inside us. Because we do not want to tell anyone what we are really going through because they will never understand or feel what we are suffering. Even if they understand and feel us, they will not be able to help us in any way, so we have vowed to bury all this pain deep inside us and make sure that we will be the only one to be tortured.

This is completely incorrect. Because if all the people around the world had told each other real feelings, the world would have been much better, but because of arrogance, shame and fear of rejection, all of this prevented us from telling the truth.After that we will discover that we were wrong, and we have lost priceless relationships and alot of things . because we were not frank with ourselves and We will be remorseful throughout our lives

Therefore we must be Frank with ourselves. Let our pain go away by share it with people who will be able to hold us and give us warmness when you we are badly need it ,even if we do not have any one we must help ourself because we're the masters of ourselves. Don't wait for anyone's help in this case you will be the only one who will be able to help yourself then no one is going to wipe your tears except your own hand.Wipe the tears from your cheek and try again and again to trust others .If you discovered they didn't worth it don't regret it.life can be so hard sometimes.

All we can do follow our instincts because no one will be able to know other's person sincerity in advance

We must get up agian and agian as long as we are still breathing.

We must believe that the future will be a hundred times better .

Whatever it takes we must search for light and when we find we must never let it go.

don't surrender to what was .put your faith in what will be because every day is another chance .don't toture you self with your own hand share your pain with other .If you won't let this pain go away .Don't let it break you up inside and start again and agian .It's not something you should be shamed of it.If they betray your trust ,keep searching for the person who will be worthy to put your trust in.

eventually the darkest time which make us know the value of good time
