When she first opened her eyes it was the night sky she saw, its glorous expanse consuming her vision as if she were swimming in an ocean of stars. She knew not who she was, nor where she had come from, even as the broken memories swirled passed her eyes, she remained confused.

Then she woke up once more atop a towering structure, in a world who's langange she couldn't quite understand, a world of magic and fantasy. Even more puzzling was that she could not leave the general vicinity of the structure, the tower and the forest was all there was to her new isolated world.

And in this world she came to know of him. Her reason, her purpose, her agony, her joy, her sorrow, her heart, her pain. He was everything, everything that she should have hated, but instead grew to love.

Whether she wished to or not, soon she would learn why she was bound to this tower. A series of truths will come raining down as knives, brutal, unloving, unwavering, the harsh reality just may destroy her brittle heart for good.

To drown or not to drown...that is yet to be seen.
