I’d been immortal for exactly 4 weeks and three days now, and it wasn’t nearly as glamorous as you might expect. For one, we had to shift pretty much as soon as I woke up, Angelus got baby sitting duty, and didn’t like it, and I didn’t like him. Charles was fine, when he was around, but the thing is, we immortals aren’t just knocking around doing nothing, oh no, we are the supernatural police for all the bogeymen that really do exist, I shit you not.
