My aim is to try and adapt scenes and plots from horror and scary media to fit children's universes and not make them pee in bed. It's a personal challenge of mine to get ready in a few years to make stories for my kids. It's some personal training. I always wanted to write children's stories and think that any story can be adapted. My school told me the Grim storybooks where there was some blood and death and I think with colors you can tell the stories to kids but only if you tone it down a bit. I was told I write about horrible and horror related themes but make them feel familiar and friendlier so this is gonna be my quest! Wish me luck!!
