In the depths of Yomi, the Japanese afterlife, lives the Queen of the Realm of the Dead, theGoddess of Life and Death… Izanami-no-Mikoto. Her time runs slowly, and her days are inevitably filled with boredom. decides to check on the ‘surface’ where humans keep living and multiplying. She will follow the story of Ikiko, a young woman living in Tokyo in the 80's.
But what could possibly happen to a simple girl such as her, that would be interesting enough for Izanami to free herself from her monotonous routine?
