Description

In the Sapphire Kindom of Azurion, the gap between commoners and those with magical ability and Noble birth has never been farther apart. Commoners are treated with disdain and can only achieve jobs of menial to extremely heavy labor while the Nobles sit high in the Kingdom and grow greedy and corrupt. Nikoleaus(Nick-o-lie-us) a commoner blacksmith, comes across the Princess of the kingdom named Azuria, and the 2 can't help but feel an attraction to one another. He later saves her from an assassin's magic bolt, and the 2 fall in love and elope to avoid the King and Nobles' opposition to highborn and commoner inter-marraige. Furious of both the attempted assassination and his daughter's marraige, The King declares War on the Empires he suspects of sending the assassins, and in a cruel ploy, he convinces Nikoleaus to enter the conflict in order to protect Azuria...all with the vile assurance he would surely die on the front lines.
Also follow the crusades of Lady Scarlette as she is thrusted up from being the youngest royal child of the Desert kingdom of Vermillion to becoming it's Queen when her dying father names her his heir when he finds his eldest children lacking or ineligible to rule like a true Monarch.
