Noelani Kai, the youngest of 7 princesses of the kingdom, Tritanis. One day, when Noelani was much younger, her mind wanders after swimming up to the surface to see humans enjoying a bonfire and a beach cleaning party, she then became curious about the way of the human life and started to study them in secret, as she grew older, her fascination with humans grew to the point of wanting to explore the human world.
After a deal being made, she has the ability to do so, with some strings attached.
Now with the possibility of having legs on land and a tail when fully submerged under water, she has to fulfill her end of the deal, but also being a magical heroine.
Sea Monsters have been terrorizing the town of Reefside Hallow, and it's Noelani's duty to defeat them to keep her end of the deal of the deal with the sea witch, little does she know, she's doing more than just ridding the town of sea monsters.
