In the Underworld resides the worst of the worst creatures. In Angel City resides a secret Society dedicated in eradicating them.
They are known as Switchers, they have the ability to switch from 'life' or 'death' in order to deal with the Underworld.
Aqua Ochita soon discovers her Switcher ability in a event that even involves her best friend Shingo.
It's one thing to fight a Monster- and it is a whole other story when you are one.
