In a world of stickland, "Stickmen" Had
a peaceful use of so called weapons, each stickman is born with their own weapon, depending on one's personality, so does depend the weapon's appearance,
But, due to a lack of control over rising numbers of stickmen, the world was filled with stickmen that used their weapons to kill innocent people. And by an unknown cause, there are known to be corrupt stickmen that don't show any sign of sentience, they are called zombies.
