In this world there are people with mysterious powers which include fire, water, earth and air who work for the government and the also fight an organisation which threatens to overthrow them and the government along with them.

The organization was formed 20 years before the story because news of supernatural events was happening across the world near craters and the government had been covering up the truth and had been trying to get their hands on the elementals ever since.

Noone knows the origin of these mysterious people and why they are here and why they have powers beyond human imagination, but one thing is known, they are here to stay.
