Santa Latham one of the few cities in
the world that can brag of 1) being the metropolis of Latinos from
all over the world and 2) having both Superheroes and Villains -If
you can brag for having supervillains (I know I would)-.
Until one day, heroes and villains, no matter on which side of justice they were, suddenly lose their powers and abilities.

normal people -Just like you and me! (or at least me)- and felt directly from the very top of the society, to the very
