Description
In the midst of Central Detroit, crime is at an all-time high, but the crime isn't just a bunch of robbings and gang wars. A string of strange murders plagues the higher class families of the city, leaving no evidence behind to track the culprit down. Elliot Daxter, a cynical high school student in the inner-city, is the next target for this serial killer. In an upper-class family with a political background, he makes quick friends with the son of the head of the local mafia; Jessie Kellen. Together, evading the malicious attacks of a deranged psychotic murderer, they have to unmask the serial killer before the penalty becomes more than just an inconvenience; but their lives. In the middle of the criminal world, can a fragile relationship like theirs stand the threat of death?
