Lux is a six-year-old boy living next to an abandoned cemetery. On his daily walk through the grounds, he finds a newly made grave for a child named Ezra Boyd alongside an unlit jack-o-lantern.
When Lux lights the pumpkin, Ezra's spirit attaches to the light...and Lux's kindness! Their friendship becomes so strong it could last all through October...maybe even forever.
If a jack-o-lantern can last more than five days.
