Paradox takes place in Armageddon, in the year of 2016.

Joslyn and Selena are the royal blood of Armageddon. Armageddon was created by Joslyn’s great-grandparents, the family of blood being granted life for hundreds of years without showing signs of aging. The land was made for Joslyn’s great grandmother to have her child after hers and their great-grandfather’s marriage. They did not want to have their child on Earth because of human self-destruction, but gave the land many qualities of Earth, such as timeframes, years, months, weeks, days, as well as seasons, regions, climates, and much more. This region is currently taken over through an apocalypse, to which there was a spread of an infection. The cause of the infection was made by a failed experiment by Daniel, to where he abducted the 3 god-like beings of the land. These beings, whose collision had killed Selena, were to be used to bring the deceased princess back from the dead. This created a magnetic pulse in the atmosphere. The pulse attracted a meteor that was supposed to soar through the sky by the region, but the course was changed to target it instead. This meteor struck the ground of Armageddon and spread the infection to those around it. The infection is a corruption of the mind, as to where the infection almost kills it. This leads to the infected to be drained of any feelings or emotions, causing them to hurt, infect, and possibly kill others. Now that this has happened, Joslyn and the others now have to protect what they have, their friends, family, and their home that they have to leave time and time again, before it's too late. If they cannot, it could cost them everything, even their lives.
