In an alternate version of the 1940's where the U.S. had found a way to manufacture super powered soldiers, the United States faces a new crisis in a rising civil war during the 70's between the descendants of these powered people and the citizens who feel threatened by their gifted neighbors. In a way to calm the masses a war on drugs was established to bring public scrutiny to the many gangs and mobs in the country. As the world itself collects to demolish their life style watch and see just how far the family Sole Celeste will go to keep their traditions and way of life alive.
