It all started with Earth, it was almost destroyed, now it's this planet's turn... The city in the middle of the desert was built over several centuries. Limited resources and harsh rules from the locals prevent the city from growing. Only the indigenous people are allowed to step outside the desert. That is exactly what the main character of this story is like.
