The first episode of road lane!
In this episode the group finds out about Ash’s birthday, a secret that he was trying to hide from them due to his hatred of being the centre of attention. When his friends try to throw a party for him he gets upset and leaves before realising that they were only trying to make him happy and he should try to enjoy their company :)

Road Lane is a cartoon about a group of friends and one massive cat living by the sea, getting into all manner of chaotic situations. They make huge messes, and have to try to clean them up before anyone gets into real trouble, but do not always succeed.
The group consists of the adorable lesbian couple, Celia and Juno, as well as their fun-loving friend Sanjay and his best friend, Ash
Character descriptions:
Juno - a vibrant and optimistic trans woman, who can certainly pack a punch if needed, as a black-belt in Karate and a master in self-defence. She lives in a cottage on Road Lane with her long-time girlfriend, Celia.
Celia - a smart and reserved writer, with a privileged background. Her parents own a mansion in the highlands of Scotland, and put a lot of pressure and expectation onto their only child. Because of this, Celia overworks herself and often takes on more than she can handle.
Sanjay - a good friend of Juno and Celia, Sanjay has an unending love for his cat Massive Cat, cropped hoodies, and bread. He was orphaned at a young age and is always getting into trouble and falling in love with the wrong people.
Ash - an edgy boy with a talent for sarcasm. He has a smoking habit which Juno hates, and has chronic pain which he refuses to acknowledge, even when he can’t walk. He pretends to hate everyone, but in reality loves his friends, and has a soft spot for Sanjay.
Massive Cat - a very large cat with a mysterious origin and a love for bread enough to match his owner’s. Ash does not like this cat. Read more
