The humans on the Earth was long extinct because of the waste they created.
Creatures like flies, rats, cockroaches are the only species left, hovering at the last single tree on the Earth. When this last tree was dying, a strange gale swept over the world, triggering a never ending storm of garbage.
Human being created waste. Waste destroyed human lives. Ironically, this storm of garbage nurtured a new species blessed with true life. They were called the rubbish race. The future of the whole world was in their hands .

曾經在地球上生存過的「人類」，早已經被「垃圾」滅絕！
僅餘擁有生命的物種，只剩下烏蠅、老鼠、曱甴和一棵樹！
當這棵殘存的樹「枯死」時，竟誘發一股奇怪的風暴？
這風暴直捲全球，翻起無窮無盡的垃圾…
人類製造垃圾，垃圾卻毀滅人類！
諷刺地，「垃圾風暴」竟為地球孕育出一種擁有「生命」的全新物種，「他們」掌握著地球未來的命運，這種生物將稱為「圾垃人」！
