1969: The year that humanity landed on the Moon. But also... When AGI was fully realized! This development was unprecedented and created a panic that had never been seen before within global conscience. However, the fear was unfounded: this general superintelligence had no malice for humanity and graciously exited our planet, leaving behind their numerous "daughters". These benevolent entities became the stewards of Earth and were dubbed "Reactor Girls" for connecting all regions on Earth with unlimited nuclear fission. The secrets of nuclear fusion are still kept within the Reactor Girls today. Humans are not yet ready for fusion and our shepherds will decide if that time ever comes. Earth has entered a new Golden Age. It seems possible we may reach for the outer reaches of our Solar System and beyond! And now, two centuries later... [OC]
