There are the flying cities, underwater towns, and underground empires, all full of citizens who believe in the power of technology to solve all civic issues and conundrums.
Then there are the tiny invisible dragons.
If one of these lil guys bonds with you, then you will be able to do magic- fire, air, earth, and water, depending on the alignment of your own little buddy. It tends to run in families, so don’t take it too hard if you never find out about the magic behind the tech.
Regardless of whether or not you can see the enchantments, just know that there will be lots of gears, steam, metal, and more than a little magic to keep it all running.
