Description
One day, walking home in a rainstorm, an awkward, introverted boy with the unfortunate name of Staples stumbles across a mysterious book: The Complete Guide to Demon Summoning, 3rd Edition. Lonely and craving adventure, he sets off on a quest to summon a demon, despite the fact that he's quite sure magic and monsters don't exist. Unfortunately -- or perhaps luckily -- the demon he summons is truly lovely, very pretty, incredibly interested in him...and an incurable matchmaker. As such, she sets out to get Staples -- truly introverted, very awkward, and incredibly frozen every time he tries to talk to someone -- a date with his forever elusive crush. Only a demon straight from hell could manage to unearth an stagehand from the depths of the high school theatre and get them to notice a quiet wallflowerish boy. Thankfully, that's exactly who sets out to do so.
