After fifty years of worldwide decline and constant wars, the United States, having lost the third world war to the European Federation and the People's Republic of China, decides to relocate to one of seven planets in a recently discovered solar system. Before that happens, the government sends multiple teams of colonists to each of these planets. William Rallerd is among them, whose intelligence can be compared to that of Napoleon himself. Will's mission faces roadblocks, and he's going to have to lead a large group of colonists effectively if they are going to survive.
