Until a certain Scot decides to take matters into their own hands. They are genius, an extraordinarily rare mind, capable of possibly saving the country with their brilliant innovations!

They’re a girl.
Fifteen-year-old, Esmie Crouse, to be specific.
Esmie's been told her entire life what she can and cannot be. But she refuses to stand idly by and watch everything she loves fall.
Dawning a disguise, she travels to the city of Edinburg and begins working for the Royal Family, building machines and weapons. But She soon comes to find that concealing her true identity might be the least of her worries. And that the entire country might be in danger from a force within.
