"Mistress Nyx it's time to get up." I then raised my cover as the maid open my curtains and straighten them. Stretch and looked outside my window to see a bright sunny day I knew something bad is going to happen  today. I then moved to the bathroom to clean. The maid came in and helped out even  when I like doing it myself.

"Mistress Nyx today you have english lesson and we have Mr. Bennett and his son coming over to see about Hemera getting married ain't that wonderful." So wonderful Elizabeth." I gave out a smile but it quickly disappeared as I relaxed into my bath. But after sometime I stand up and gotten out as two maids rush to dry me off and give me a white robe to put on.

I then moved to my vanity and sat down on the off white soft bench. as Elizabeth move behind me to help put my hair up. She gather all my hair and brush all my hair into her hand. She then tied off into a ponytail while she make sure she had all my hair. While she was doing my hair I put a little of lavender scent on my body. after awhile she pin my  hair making sure it keep my hair together.

She then with carefulness brought over my en-layer clothes. She tightly wrap the cream silk around me tightly then tied it with a string. She then put a cloth on top of the silk then repeated the steps. She walked over to the hanger were my black silk robe was hanging. It was hand painted with the stars on the long sleeves that was to the floor. With a moon on the back. She carefully pick it up and walked over to me. With fabric dragging  she walked over to me were I was holding out my arms for she can put my robe on me it slipped on with elegance.

She straight out all the wrinkles while I look in the mirror. After that she looked at me in the mirror with a wide smile on. Which made me crack one back at her she then lightly patted me on my back as I turn for she can slip on my shoes. The heels made me look taller but you still couldn't see my feet because of my robes. With one more look over we was good II said a small thank you to her and the two maids who help prepare my robes.

Then Elizabeth and the two maids picked up a sleeve each while Elizabeth had the end of the robe. We moved in harmony they match my pace as we walk down the stairs to breakfast to be severed. My hands crossed on my stomach as I walk with grace as I taught. Before I hear thundering footsteps on the wooden floor then Hemera crash into me!

"OW! Hemera." The two maids help me up while Hemera maids helped her up. "Did you know mother and father trying to marry me off!" Isn't it wonderful news." I said as I straighten out my robe." No sister it's not!" Stop being dramatic I believe they choose someone wonderful for you." The monster of Dukes sister how is that wonderful!" I never met him so I don't know."

I then moved with a quick pace before she can continue leaving my maids behind. Then slowed down and moved back to my original pace. Before I enter the room were mother and father was. I graceful enter and bow my head to both. as they do the same. "You be marrying Duke Erebus instead of Hemera." My mother said. It always been this way if Hemera didn't want to do it I had to. Now I'm getting married great isn't.

"That was quick. "What do you mean?" When Hemera don't want to I have too." Never how dare you say that!" I say it because it's true when she was supposed to deliver the speech she didn't because she wanted to hang out with her friends. "You did better than she did." Because I knew I had to anyway." She's your little sister she's not ready." So I'm  I but I grew up and wasn't babied as much as her." She is not babied." When she tore a hole in her robes she got it's okay but when I do I have to write an essay." That's because I know you're stronger than her." But I'm human too."

she stayed quiet and just looking for words to say. I gather my robes and left the room to go for my english lesson. Setting off for my lesson that took up half of my day. Just to learn how to speak english when I already pass all the classes.

Getting to the room to see my teacher preparing for the lesson I sat down where I usually sat. Then bought out my books and look to the board. The next two hours went by fast before I knew it lunch time was here. After saying goodbye to the teacher I went to my room and change my robes but keep my black silk robe.

"Miss Nyx' Mr. Erebus is here." Elizabeth knocked on my door. "I be right there give me a few minutes."

Erebus pov:

"Get ready we're going to meet your other half." What’s her name Father?" Hemera." Oh the one everyone talking about." Yes we are eating lunch at their house." We got ready then walked to the car. The driver opened the doors and we both got in. It was silent halfway through the drive to Hemera house. Before Father started talking.

"I heard that Hemera have an older sister." Me too they said to be the exact opposite of each other." I think her name was Nyx meaning the Goddess of Night." Uh." I said as I shake my head telling I was listening." They say she work hard for what she believes.

Then we continue the ride in quietness. We arrive at Hemera family home to see their family and house workers outside ready to greet us. The butler open our doors with a bow as Mr. Knight greet us with a firm handshake with a pat on the side. "Mr. Jon I like you to meet my wife Linda and my two lovely daughters Nyx and Hemera." When they say their names they tilt their heads a little showing a feminine greeting.

You could tell the difference immediately the way they dress to the way they greet people. They both wear the same robes but difference is the color and design. Nyx was covered in a deep black sky with white stars on the long sleeves the maids was holding and with grace she gave a wonderful greeting with a smile and full training that girls go through when they come to age in royalty.

Hemera her robes was that of cream and light yellow. With flowers and a sun on her sleeves she didn't greet a graceful one but one of a child. Looking away immediately after her greeting as her sister keep her tall stance with confidence. She keep switching from leg to leg ever few seconds seen she wasn't use to heels. Like everyone said they are very different in everything.

while Mr. Knight talk to my father I looked around to see the house they live in is surrounded by nature. seeing a garden to the right side of their house. with roses, lavender, and many other herbs and spices with flowers. Must been use in their food so I dismiss it to hear the sound of water coming from the side off wondering where it's coming from. Seen there was no water source of water near from what I seen.

Mr. Knight seeing my attention was wondering where it was coming from. He smiled and called my name."I have Nyx show you around the house. She knows this place better than the help." He finished saying as Nyx walked over with grace to me and greeted me again as I do to.

she walked ahead off me with slow pace as her robe follow behind with control. Her footsteps sound lightly as she walk on the stone path with flowers leading the way to the sound of water. " We are almost there." She said in a crystal clear voice with softness of a accent a little noticeable but gave beauty to her words.

"We arrived Sir Erebus." We then stopped to see that we were on the edge of a cliff but below was that of crystal clear water crashing onto the cliff. You could see all of the sea floor the fish swimming peacefully the view just took my breath away. "I never seen anything like this." I said as I glaze at the waves below and back to the blue sky. "Thank you this is the way we live here the beauty is just too magnificent just not to be seen." How long have you all lived here if I may ask?" Are Mother and Father been here for over thirty years." Nature is just wonderful you can't see this in the city."

Before she can say anything the wind picked up and blow her hair and robe. She turned to block the wind I looked over to see the most beautiful moment. She tucked her hair behind her ear as she open her eyes to see mine. Her deep midnight eyes was memorizing the more you stared the more levels you uncovered. You could see sparkles of light blue in her eyes matching her dark eyelashes. She gave a small smile then asked" Would you like to go to the garden?" Lead the way please." She walked ahead of me.

We arrived back to the front of the home then continue to the right to the entrance of the garden. I step one foot in and got hit with fragrance of herbs spices and flowers. It wasn't overwhelming it was just enough the smell never mixed and cause a punch to the face of fragrance.

Who planted all these?" No one actually this was here all by itself. No one touched it either." Really I guess natural really is beautiful. "You should see the stars from here." She looked up at the blue sky with an expression that I couldn't put my hand on. She's hard to read one minute she emotionless but the next look like the only thing that cause her to be happy is the nature around her. I think I saw a side no one else seen even her family haven't seen.

"Miss Nyx it's time for lunch." Her maid said pulling me out of a daze from looking at her." Thank you Elizabeth. May we go Mr.Erebus?" We shall Miss Nyx." Letting her walk before me seen her aura change when she pass me. Her steps became more dramatic she straighten her pose with her head held high she walked as she is a commander of a forty thousand man army.

Nyx pov:

I excuses myself to go to the restroom. As I walked to my room I let out a breathe making sure no was around I walked up the stairs while holding my robe not to trip. Arriving to my room I close the doors and took off my heels just for a moment of relief and security of being by myself. Still thinking about what Mother said playing back in my mind.

"Do not tell him about us telling you to marry him." asking for a guide to help take off this pressures on me. Seen I stayed in my room a little more than I attend to I put the heels back on and my face everyone know so well and went to the dinner room to eat lunch.

Seeing everyone about to seat down I apologize for my late arrival and sat by Hemera cuffing the robe down to sit.

"You really have a beautiful home Mr.Knight" Why thank you I just had to build a home here I wanted the girls to be surrounded by nature." I can see that you really care for them." Erebus father said in my head I said only one he does. Then the maids bought out the first meal. It was French onion soup with sourdough bread.

The talk went on to politics and the other stuff Father was into. Not really interested I dig into the meals we was at dessert when Father bought up the marriage which cause me to sigh inside not showing my defeat" I beat Hemera is so happy to be getting married. And don't have to worry about anything." Um actually about this Hemera didn't want to get married plus she so young and still in school I don't think she’s the best option." So you are breaking our agreement?" No Nyx would be happy to right?!" I have no choice but to say yes I would love to." I said with a fake smile. If I have to get married I'm not going down easy. Mother laughed a nervous laugh trying to easy by what I said.

"Wonderful we throw a party to celebrate the marriage." Father said after a long pause by what I said. Looking over to Hemera who had bowed her head at me as saying an apology. Mother told her get to know Erebus throughout the day to change her mind about the marriage. Seeing that she had the chance to change her mind as we ate lunch plus got to see more of Erebus personality but still refused to. And made me marry when I never even dated before what a loving sister I have.

as the two Father's clash their glass to celebrate the marriage arrangement. I got away from the table and headed to my room and stayed the rest of the day in my room being tried of being posed and nice for the day seeing that today was too bright to be a good day.
