Description
The skyline is littered with derelict buildings and monstrous sandstorms. The reddened sun rises, illuminating the last radio station on planet Earth. Here, Walkman spends his days monologuing live on-air, stitching together playlists, and scavenging for music in the ruins of civilization. But is he truly happy with how things are?
The Kₐ Band is a coming-of-age story, in which Walkman’s monotonous post-apocalyptic routine is forever changed by the arrival of a woman physically frozen in time. A man who knows nothing of human interaction, and a woman who has been barred from it forever.
