The future lynchpin of interstellar politics, young Lugh, orphaned by the conflict between Fomuir and Tuanir, grows up as an outcast among rural pre-celtic humans. Through the travels he foregoes in the name of his mentor, he collects bits and pieces of the big picture and his place in it.
