In the beginning their was nobility A power based on belief. many believed this power came from god. this power was the same for many but different for others but was generic across the board. this power began the new era the age of the noble. once most of the nobility's were identified it was then pointed out some powers weren't all that great. this fact lead to conflict across the world. which is called the great in-difference

the great in-difference was the first down side to nobility. people all over had powers god gave them some better than others. which lead to sudden thoughts of favoritism, that maybe their lord adored some over others. this problem continued till the king intervened. the people were made at the huge gap between powers. the king concluded that it must have to do with defending them selves against threats. so he gathered all the people with better ability's and gave them military power and authority, then told them to protect the country men. this group went on to be called nobles.

once the nobles became official things got quite. not because the problem was solved, because the nobles strong them into shutting the hell up. this cause the king not to know what was really going on. deep down in the souls of the silence sin was festering. finally it happen some random person caused a riot right in front of the king door steps. the nobles immediately tried to stop her but  her power were not normal almost demonic.

the first deviant. after the up roar caused by that one individual the silence was broken. complaints started rolling in the king didn't know what to do, so he made a task force for communicating with the people. eventually thing calmed down and nobody found the person who started the riot. within 5 years a seven more appeared. none of them doing the same thing just doing whatever.

over time more and more of these types appeared. many folks named them deviants and their demonic powers deviations. for the nobles this is not just a problem its a epidemic. people looking like anyone else with evil powers answering to no one, for them this meant war and so every noble across the world killed and detained any deviant they could find. this genocide went on for ears until a researcher discovered a new piece of information. when his grandmother developed a deviation before his vary eyes. of course he was discredited and his family was accused selling their soul to the devil. then he was never seen again. 

for another several years they believed deviants are those who sold their sous to the devil till it came to light. a mad scientist funded by a noble looking to have a deviant army discovered the truth, so he staged a sacrifice and several other rituals to create a deviant the for one final event he presented a mother and child both well known to the people. the mother the child having no powers watched his mother held at knife point. he cried for his mom but she was killed the crowd was shocked and as the nobles haled him a way the child did it he killed the scientist using power of deviation. the child was the executed for being a deviant.

after that the war on deviance had ended. all thanks to a mad man, but the new relationship between deviants changed. on onside they won't hunt them anymore but hostility is is still expressed.
